Return Policy

What’s your return policy?

Since your item was made just for you we don’t offer returns or exchanges, please check the size charts carefully when placing your order. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know. 

On LIMINASPACE hand-inked mugs - items are one of a kind and not eligible for exchange or return. 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@partlycloudycreative with both zoomed out photos of the entire object AND a close up of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. If your item was damaged in transit - please also take photos of the packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Since each item is made when you order for you and we don't carry stock, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered might be mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
